A Few Words

 

We need to be kind, compassionate and convivial in our approach. It transcends us beyond mundane life and onerous daily chores. We need to choose the right fellow-men to thrive in life and contribute to other’s life through our uncanny self-willed devotion, determination and adroitness.


 

The author also has a sense of gratitude for management thinkers who have proposed their unique themes, put forth novel approaches and shared original knowledge. Without their immense contributions, management essence could never be explored and came in reality. He is an amateur in management. He celebrates his Life- journey here with family, friends, mentors and peers.


 

He underscores that “Humanity is the supreme religion”. Love is the highest wisdom. Dharma is the greatest protection. Compassion is the most precious jewel.

He has been conferred with Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) by Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2017. Basically he is an engineering graduate B.E.(production) and management professional- MBA (marketing Specialization). He works as an Associate Professor in Pune, India.

Customer-Centric Relationship Based Marketing:

I have written a blog to understand the impact of customer centricity on firms. They are facing unprecedented challenges and becoming more customer-centric through relationship marketing. In each adversity lies an opportunity. It’s upon us how to turn a difficult situation for our benefit. Peter F Drucker, one of the greatest management thinkers, interprets that the purpose of business is to create and retain a satisfied customer. He emphasizes that money mere is a necessity, not a purpose. Customer culture is an inseparable part of the corporate mission and is an input for marketing plans. In today’s era customers become more demanding, more time-driven, more information-intensive and highly individualistic. They appraise marketers on their ability to deliver “Total customer convenience” which includes hassle-free product information search, acquisition, value extraction & disposal. The best way a company can maintain a competitive advantage in a mature market is by retaining its customers. Selecting the right customers and retaining them is an important goal for the company. 

3. Prolific Motivation

 I foster, rejuvenate, revitalize and re-energize readers through my motivational writings. We must be optimistic and self-contented.  Martin Luther King, Jr. emphatically says “If you can’t fly then run if you can’t run then walk if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” Further he adds “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.” Expel darkness around us. He construes “Only in the darkness you can see the stars”.  

Further Noble Laureate Rabindranath Tagore says “If you shed tears when you miss the sun, you also miss the stars.” You are not a facsimile but you are unique. Wasting Time is an irremeable loss. Do your best always. You are an original creation of nature that can be sculpted through your artistic expression, knowledge and wisdom.

4. Prose deliberations

I am a prolific writer who has tried to share my views on varied aspects. The blogs of prose are on 1. management and also on 2. Nature. It includes friendship, success, inner voice. According to poetess and author Maya Angelou “You can only become truly accomplished at something you love. Don’t make money your goal. Instead pursue the things you love doing and then do them so well that people can’t take their eyes off of you.” Transcend finitely and embrace vast, intricate and amorphous infinite. Buddha says “The way is not in the sky. But the way is in a heart.” As we know, natural ability is like a natural plant that needs pruning by study. Our perception matters how we look at things. 5. Poetic ponderings

Splendid poetry makes us sensitive and sensible towards the world around us and also, which is within. William Wordsworth puts forth,” To begin, begin.” A journey of long-distance starts with small continual steps. He further says, ”Fill your paper with the breathings of your heart.” The delicacy of such poetry is the heartbeat of those poetic contributions. We can find the inner essence through- emotional connectedness to others and ruminating about fabulous life. While running for bread and butter, one must find time for avocation, hobby or natural talent about meditating, reading and writing. Those aspects enrich us in the long run. It makes us more rooted and soothes our hearts. It is one’s humble creation which makes him boundless. Start poetic voyage on varied topics that I have found refreshing, suitable and appropriate.
